The odds are in and betting on France to win is going to be expensive with only a 2/5 payout which is going to get worse until the game starts. Likewise 9/1 payout for Iceland to win is good but it is against France at home. It is not the same as playing England which most football experts said Iceland were the likely favourites as England didn't just were not playing well. France is playing very well on the other hand so they are no doubts the favourite in this game. The odds for a draw are still compelling.

Overall France are actually playing well, something we didn't think would happen but we have to give credit to some of their players that are ripping teams to shreds at the moment including Antoine Griezmann. Dimitri Payet is also showing that France were right to exclude Karime Benzema from the squad and with the way they are playing, it's hard to imagine that a team like Iceland could stop these 2, throw in Giroud whom is capable of setting up plays or getting open from his teammates eating the spotlight, it is quite the combo.

We love Iceland and want their team to continue to win but this game against France is not going to be an easy one. Since Iceland beat England and previously had 8/1 odds against them, bookmakers won't be so generous this time around so this game is going to be a tough one to bet on.
